Appointments

We understand you have many options when choosing a Dentist in the Greater Waterbury area so we made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. You can place an appointment request and one of our staff members will contact you. You may also call us directly. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call us 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

We accept all traditional dental insurance plans and are a participating provider for the following carriers:

Dr. Dezfoolian does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, debit cards, health savings cards or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please ask our Office Coordinator for details.
